During college, I took on a role at a mortgage brokerage, and what started as a way to earn some extra cash soon turned into a passion that I couldn’t ignore. After relocating to Nashville a decade ago, my fascination with real estate only grew. I purchased my first investment property at the age of 22 with a down payment of just $9,000. My IT background helped me navigate the market with a tech-savvy edge. With a master’s degree in finance and 15 years in IT—9 of which were spent leading teams of up to 500 people globally—I’ve honed my skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving. Now, after years of negotiating multimillion-dollar deals with industry giants, I’m thrilled to bring my expertise to real estate.
